All bookings will be confirmed by email on receipt of credit card details phoned to the RC Hotel

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Until 3 months prior to arrival - 100 euros per person

Up to 3 weeks prior to arrival  - half the total cost of the accommodation booked

until date of arrival and no show - full cost of the stay
